What it is

A system-generated record of assignments, module versions, population, status and completion dates.

What it can prove

It can support that specified people completed specified material as recorded by the source system.

What it cannot prove

Completion does not prove understanding, changed behavior or overall program effectiveness.

Common request situations

Workforce-awareness questions, customer due diligence, tender evidence and audit samples.

Likely owner and source system

People and security; learning platform or HR system.

Freshness considerations

Use the reporting period and module version requested. Explain joiners, leave and other population changes.

Stronger evidence and weaker substitutes

Reconciliation to the workforce population and follow-up for overdue assignments is stronger. A slide deck or invitation is weaker.

Common rejection or follow-up reasons

Unreconciled denominator, missing contractors, unclear module, no reporting date or unexplained incompletion.

Redaction and confidentiality

Prefer aggregate reporting where it answers the request; tightly control person-level assessment data.
